A storage and transfer flask (10) having two compartments (11, 12) which are separated during storage by a movable middle plug (13). The flask (10) further comprises a narrow neck (15) engaged by a sealing device which comprises an elastomeric sealing element (61) coupled with a capsule (17). The capsule is extended outwards by a lengthening piece (18) which houses a spring-loaded (62) closing flap (63), said spring (62) being supported by the disk (60b) of a rigid element (60) mounted inside the sealing element (61).
