ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a two-component mixing type coating apparatus for use in coating car bodies, and the like. The apparatus comprises a supply/mixing device for allowing a main component and a hardener run into one another at an intermediate junction of their supply paths and transferring the mixture to a spray coating gun, check valves disposed in the flow paths upstream of the junction in order to prevent backflow from the junction, and stop valves disposed in the flow paths between the check valves and the junction in order to close the supply paths in response to cessation of spraying action of the spray coating gun.
