ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Delivery systems are disclosed including a carrier sheet with a releasable surface, a thin film adhesively and releasably secured to the releasable surface of the carrier sheet, removal means for removing the thin film from the releasable surface of the carrier sheet, and a cover sheet secured to the carrier sheet beyond the periphery of the thin film characterized by the cover sheet being free of adhesive in its entire area in contact with the thin film.
