Abstract of the Disclosure Two-package polymeric compositions which form cured products having excellent stain and solvent resistance and which can be water- reducible if desired comprise a polyepoxide and an addition interpolymer containing pendent salt groups, formed by reacting carboxyl groups with a base, and pendent amine groups formed by reacting carboxyl groups with an alkylenimine. The addition interpolymer preferably has a pH of greater than 7.0 in the presence of water, and when mixed with the polyepoxide reacts to form a cured, hard solvent and stain-resistant material.
