A two part nozzle for use in expressing thick, viscous materials therethrough comprises a nozzle base (212) and a nozzle tip (214), and screw means (242) for mounting the tip to the base. The base projects within the tip, and is proportioned to interfere with the inside wall of the tip around a narrow, continuous path, thereby providing an internal seal with the interior wall surface of a pouch to which the nozzle is coupled to prevent the back- flow of material through the screw means. Preferably, the nozzle also provides a seal on the external wall surface of the pouch, thereby reducing the possibility of material leaking both from and into the pouch. Gripping ribs (224, 278) are provided to facilitate the application of a manual force to couple and decouple the nozzle parts.
L'invention porte sur une douille en deux parties, destinée à être utilisée pour exprimer des matières visqueuses et épaisses à travers celle-ci, laquelle douille comprend une base de douille (212) et une pointe de douille (214), et des moyens formant vis (242) pour monter la pointe sur la base. La base fait saillie à l'intérieur de la pointe, et est proportionnée de façon à interférer avec la paroi intérieure de la pointe sur un trajet continu étroit, de façon à produire ainsi un scellement étanche interne avec la surface de paroi intérieure d'une poche à laquelle la douille est couplée, afin d'empêcher le retour de la matière à travers les moyens formant vis. De préférence, la douille produit également un scellement étanche sur la surface de paroi externe de la poche, de façon à réduire ainsi la possibilité de fuite de matière aussi bien à partir de la poche que vers l'intérieur de celle-ci. Des nervures de saisie (224, 278) sont disposées pour faciliter l'application d'une force manuelle pour coupler et découpler les parties de douille.
