The present invention relates to a bottom insert for a mold cavity for producing plastic molds which have a body with a hot side featuring a recess for taking in melted, pressurized plastic as well as a cold side featuring a recess of which the inside contours are intended to come into contact with the mold to be produced and to form its outer contours. Said body also has a gate connecting the recess of the hot side with the recess of the cold side and is intended to bring in the melted plastic from the hot side to the cold side. In order to create a bottom insert which can easily be adapted to the different measurements of the preforms and which leads to a swifter cooling down of the preform in the cavity mold, it is suggested that the bottom insert (6) is designed as a two-piece part, i.e. with a hot side (16) featuring the recess of the hot side, and a cold side (15) featuring the recess of the cold side (15), wherein the cold part is at least partly located inside the hot part such that the hot part surrounds the cold part at least in sections.
La présente invention concerne une installation au sol pour une cavité en vue de la fabrication de modelages en matière synthétique constituée d'un corps de base doté d'un côté chaud, lequel comprend un évidement pour la réception de matière synthétique fondue et sous pression, et d'un côté froid doté d'un évidement, dont le contour intérieur est prévu pour entrer en contact avec le modelage à fabriquer et pour former le contour extérieur, tout comme d'une porte, laquelle relie l'évidement du côté chaud à l'évidement du côté froid et est prévue pour transférer la matière synthétique fondue du côté chaud vers le côté froid. Afin de mettre à disposition une installation au sol, laquelle peut être facilement adaptée à différentes dimensions de la préforme et afin qu'un refroidissement rapide dans l'espace de formage soit possible, il est proposé, selon la présente invention, que l'installation au sol (6) soit constituée de deux parties, c'est-à-dire d'un côté chaud (16), lequel comprend l'évidement du côté chaud, et d'un côté froid (15), lequel comprend l'évidement du côté froid, le côté froid étant agencé au moins en partie à l'intérieur de la partie chaude, de sorte que la partie chaude entoure au moins en partie la partie froide.
