A prosthetic heart valve (10) for implantation in a heart includes an outer orifice ring (14) for coupling to a tissue annulus of a heart (42). An inner orifice ring (12) includes at least one leaflet occluder (18) carried in a lumen (22) of the inner orifice ring (12) which is movable between an open position, which allows blood flow through the lumen (22), and a closed position which blocks blood flow through the lumen (22). The inner orifice ring (12) is adapted to be coupled to the outer orifice ring (14) after the outer orifice ring (14) has been attached to the tissue annulus (48).
L'invention concerne une valvule prothétique (10) destinée à être implantée dans un coeur et comprenant un orifice circulaire (14) permettant d'être couplé à l'anneau tissulaire du coeur (42). Un orifice circulaire interne (12) comprend au moins un élément d'occlusion (18) du feuillet logé dans une lumière (22) de l'orifice circulaire interne (12) qui peut être déplacé entre une position ouverte, permettant l'écoulement sanguin à travers la lumière (22), et une position fermée bloquant l'écoulement sanguin à travers la lumière (22).
