A diesel fraction is purified by a process having two reaction stages represented by (14) and (18) and a stripping stage in a single vessel. Heteroatoms are removed in the first stage (14), to permit the use of a sulfur sensitive aromatics saturation catalyst in the second stage, to produce a purified diesel stock. The first stage liquid effluent is stripped in a stripping stage and then passed into the second reaction stage (18), in which it reacts with fresh hydrogen for aromatics removal. The second reaction stage (18) produces a hydrogen-rich vapor effluent, which may provide all or a portion of the first stage (18). The diesel feed for the process may be one that has been at least partially refined with respect to either or both heteroatom or aromatics removal.
L'invention concerne une fraction diesel purifiée grâce à un procédé présentant deux phases de réaction représentées par (14) et (18) et une phase de revaporisation dans un seul récipient. On extrait des hétéroatomes dans une première phase (14) afin de permettre l'utilisation d'un catalyseur de saturation aromatique sensible au souffre dans la seconde phase et de produire une quantité de diesel purifié. L'effluent liquide de la première phase est revaporisé lors d'une phase de revaporisation, puis passé à une seconde phase de réaction (18) dans laquelle il réagit au moyen d'hydrogène frais afin d'extraire les aromatiques. La seconde phase de réaction (18) produit un effluent vaporeux riche en hydrogène, qui peut fournir tout ou partie de la première phase (18). L'approvisionnemen en diesel pour le procédé peut avoir été au moins partiellement raffiné par rapport à une, ou les deux, opération(s) d'extraction d'hétéroatomes ou d'aromatiques.
