A hydrocarbonaceous feed is hydroprocessed in a single stage vessel containing two reaction stages represented by (14) and (18) and a stripping stage. The feed is fed into the first reaction stage (14) to produce a vapor and liquid effluent which are separated in a separator (16), and the liquid stripped. The stripped liquid is passed as feed into the second stage (18), in which it meets with fresh hydrogen to produce a hydroprocessed liquid product and a hydrogen-rich vapor. The vapor (38) is passed into the first stage (14) to provide the hydrogen for that stage. The use of a single vessel provides an efficient and economical addition to, or replacement for, a vessel for an existing hydroprocessing facility.
L'invention concerne une alimentation hydrocarbure hydrotraitée dans une cuve unique contenant deux phases de réaction représentées par (14) et (18) et une phase de revaporisation. L'alimentation passe dans la première phase de réaction (14) afin de produire un effluent liquide et un effluent vapeur qui sont ensuite séparés dans un séparateur (16), le liquide étant revaporisé. Le liquide revaporisé passe alors comme alimentation dans la seconde phase (18), dans laquelle elle se trouve en présence d'hydrogène frais afin de produire un produit liquide hydrotraité et une vapeur riche en hydrogène. La vapeur (38) passe ensuite dans la première phase (14) afin de fournir l'hydrogène correspondant à cette phase. L'utilisation d'une seule cuve permet un apport efficace et économique à, ou un remplacement de, une cuve dans une installation d'hydrotraitement préexistante.
