Method and apparatus for brewing a beverage from a dry beverage medium(M) contained in a disposable cartridge(46), wherein the cartridge(46) is initially pierced and vented by a tubular outlet probe(70), and then pierced by a tubular inlet probe(68). Heated liquid is admitted to the cartridge interior(A) via the inlet probe(68) for combination with the beverage medium(M) to produce a beverage, and the beverage is extracted from the cartridge(46) via the outlet probe(70).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour obtenir une boisson infusée à partir d'une boisson en poudre (M) contenue dans une cartouche (46) jetable. Selon l'invention, la cartouche (46) est d'abord percée et ventilée par une sonde de sortie (70) tubulaire, puis elle est percée par une sonde d'entrée (68) tubulaire. Un liquide chauffé est introduit à l'intérieur (A) de la cartouche par l'intermédiaire de la sonde d'entrée (68) pour être mélangé à la boisson en poudre (M) de façon à produire une boisson infusée, laquelle est extraite de la cartouche (46) par la sonde de sortie (70).
