A two tier or two story Recreation Vehicle such as a Travel Trailer, 5TH Wheel Trailer, Motorhome or Mobile Home. The invention is a two story unit which consists of a conventional style single story unit with a second story attatched that is extendable when in use to a two story or two level unit and the upper story is retractible for travel. The unit may be made in various sizes to adapt to the application and intended use and preference of the owner or operator. The second story extension may be operated mechanically, by hydraulics, gear driven or electrical apparatus to extend or lower the second floor. Multiple units of extension may be used similar to a telescopeing mechanism in conjunction to the recreational vehicle they are being used with.
