A two-stroke internal combustion engine with at least one cylinder (1), compris-ing a crankcase (2) flow-connected to the cylinder (1) by at least one transfer passage (3) and provided with an air intake manifold (4) and comprising an in-jection device for optional introduction of a fuel into the cylinder (1) or the crankcase (2) is described. To achieve fuel-air mixing adapted to the operating state of the engine it is proposed that the injection device comprises at least one injection nozzle (11) which is oriented toward the inlet region (12) of the transfer passage (3) issuing from the air intake manifold (4) and can be con-trolled as a function of the direction of movement of the piston (5) and the con-troller of the transfer passage (3).

L'invention concerne un moteur à combustion interne à deux temps comportant au moins un cylindre (1), un carter de vilebrequin (2), pourvu d'une conduite d'admission d'air (4) et en communication fluidique avec le cylindre (1) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal de transfert (3), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'injection destiné à injecter un carburant soit dans le cylindre (1) soit dans le carter de vilebrequin (2). L'objectif de cette invention est d'obtenir un mélange adapté à l'état de fonctionnement du moteur. A cet effet, le dispositif d'injection comporte au moins un injecteur (11), dirigé contre la zone d'admission (12) du canal de transfert (3), qui part de la conduite d'admission d'air (4), et pouvant être commandé en fonction du sens de déplacement du piston (5) et de la commande du canal de transfert (3).
