The invention concerns a two-way assembly consisting of a chassis-frame (11) formed by two branches (17) and (18) articulated pivoting about two end pins (21) and (22) each bearing two inclined guide rollers (14) along a rail (8). The chassis-frame (11) is longitudinally mobile relative to the road axle (2) for reversing the automatically guided travel direction by the effect of a reversing actuator (15). The chassis-frame (11) can be lifted after the rollers (14) have been disengaged from the guide rail (8) by a lifting mechanism acting on the chassis-frame arms. The axle (12) is automatically guided by a subassembly guided (9) by the chassis-frame (11) said guided subassembly (9) capable of being displaced transversely at the rear about a pivot point located in the proximity of the front rollers. Said invention is of particular interest to manufacturers of rail-mounted road vehicles.
L'ensemble bidirectionnel se compose d'un cadre-châssis (11) formé de deux branches (17, 18) articulées à pivotement autour de deux axes d'extrémité (21, 22) portant chacun deux galets (14) inclinés de guidage le long d'un rail (8). Le cadre-châssis (11) est déplaçable longitudinalement par rapport à l'essieu routier (2) permettant d'inverser le sens de la marche autoguidée sous l'effet d'un vérin d'inversion (15). Le cadre-châssis (11) est relevable après désengagement des galets (14) du rail de guidage (8) par un mécanisme de relevage agissant sur les bras du cadre-châssis. L'essieu (2) est autoguidé par un sous ensemble guidé (9) par le cadre-châssis (11) ce sous ensemble guidé (9) pouvant débattre transversalement à l'arrière autour d'un point de pivotement situé au voisinage des galets avant. Cette invention intéresse les constructeurs de véhicules routiers guidés par un rail.
