TWO-WAY LOUDSPEAKING DEVICE FOR TELEPHONE STATIONS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a two-way call announcing or handsfree speaking and receiving device applicable for telephone usage. The device is applied to a telephone station using a single transducer to perform both as the microphone and as the speak- er. To provide the dual or shared use of the transducer, there is provided a two-way switching arrangement. The switching arrangement senses the strength and direction of a signal and switches the direction of use of the transducer accordingly. -1-
