The invention provides a two way mailer (10) formed of a single blank of sheet material including first and second sections (12, 14), and a perforated line (16) for separably interconnecting the first and second sections (12, 14). The first section (12) includes bottom, top and side edges (22, 20, 24), and a first fold line (28) spaced inwardly from and parallel with the bottom edge (22). The first fold line (28) defines front and rear portions (32, 34) of the first section (12). The second section (14) includes rear and return panels (42, 58), each including bottom, top and side edges (46, 44, 48; 62, 60, 64). The bottom edges (46, 62) of the rear and return panels (42, 58) coincidently define a second fold line (70) parallel with the first perforated line (16) and about which the return panel (58) may be folded onto the rear panel (42). The two way mailer (10) also provides that the thus folded return panel (58) may be adhered to the rear panel (42) to thereby form a return envelope, and that the thus formed return envelope, together with the rear portion (34) of the first section (12), is foldable about the first fold line (28) onto the front portion (32) of the first section (12) and adhered thereto. The return envelope may then be separated from the first section (12) along the first perforated line (16).
