ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A two way mailer is formed from a single blank of sheet material, and has separably interconnected forwarding and return envelopes sharing a common rear panel. The return envelope is separable from the forwarding envelope along panel and side flap perforated lines. The panel perforated line is located exclusively or substantially exclusively along the top edge of the rear panel. The side flap perforated lines are perpendicular to the panel perforated line and define side flaps extending outwardly from the side edges of the rear panel.
