ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A two-way stretch fabric is disclosed which comprises at least 30 weight % of a polyester conjugate fiber prepared by conjugate spinning of a polyethylene terephthalate copolymerized with a structural unit having a metal sulfonate group in a ratio of 1.5 to 6.0 mole % and a polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate in a side-by-side method and drawing the product.
