ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A typewriter ribbon spool for typewriters or similar machines which have various diameter centering pins and variously sized or positioned driving pins. The spool includes a winding drum to the inner wall of which are attached a plurality of inwardly extending resilient tongues, whose inner surfaces each define a plane tangential to an inscribed cylinder and make contact with the external surface of the centering pin.
