A tyre in which the casing reinforcement (1), seen in meridian cross-section, is wound in each bead (B) around a wire (2) coated with a rubber-like mixture from the bead seat towards the tip of said bead (B), a turn-up (10) being arranged in a wedge-shaped section (3) made of the rubber-like mixture and defined by two sides (31, 32) extending from an apex (A) located under the coated wire section (2). The tyre may be combined with various wheel rims (J) to form assemblies having a good performance when tyre pressure is low or zero, and also enables easy fitting of tyres and optionally tread support pads (S) onto the wheel rims (J).
Pneumatique dont l'armature de carcasse (1), vue en section méridienne, est enroulée dans chaque bourrelet B autour d'une tringle (2) enrobée de mélange caoutchouteux, en allant du talon à la pointe dudit bourrelet B, le retournement (10) étant disposé dans un profilé (3) de mélange caoutchouteux sous forme de coin délimité par deux côtés (31,32) issus d'un sommet A localisé sous la section de la tringle enrobée (2). Ledit pneumatique peut former avec différentes jantes J des ensembles performants dans le cas de roulage à pression faible ou nulle, tout en permettant des montages faciles des pneumatiques et éventuellement des appuis de soutien de bande de roulement S sur les jantes J.
