The invention concerns a tyre (1) comprising two beads (3, 3'), a crown and sidewalls (4, 4') linking the crown to said beads, said tyre being reinforced by a carcass reinforcement (5) anchored in each bead to at least an annular anchoring element (30, 30'), each sidewall comprising an additional inextensible sidewall ring (8, 8') axially located inside the axially outermost carcass ply and a coupling profiled section (80, 80') radially located between the annular bead anchoring element (30, 30') and said sidewall ring (8, 8') and axially located inside the axially outermost carcass ply. Said tyre is characterised in that the segments of the straight line passing through the centres of gravity of the sections of the bead anchoring rings (30, 30') and through the centre of gravity of the rings (8, 8') of the sidewall located on the same side form with the axis of rotation different angles, respectively, .beta.¿1? and .beta.¿2?

Pneumatique (1) comprenant deux bourrelets (3, 3'), un sommet et des flancs (4, 4') reliant le sommet aux dits bourrelets, ce pneumatique étant renforcé par une armature de carcasse (5) ancrée dans chaque bourrelet à au moins un élément annulaire d'ancrage (30, 30'), chaque flanc comprenant un anneau additionnel (8, 8') de flanc inextensible situé axialement à l'intérieur de la nappe de carcasse axialement la plus à l'extérieur et un profilé de couplage (80, 80') radialement situé entre l'élément annulaire d'ancrage de bourrelet (30, 30') et ledit anneau de flanc (8, 8') et axialement situé à l'intérieur de la nappe de carcasse axialement la plus à l'extérieur. Ce pneumatique est caractérisé en ce que les segments de droite passant par les centres de gravité des sections des anneaux d'ancrage de bourrelet (30, 30') et par le centre de gravité des anneaux (8, 8') de flanc situé d'un même côté font avec l'axe de rotation des angles, respectivement, .beta.1 et .beta.2 différents.
