The saddle is comprised of a single sheet metal member. The member is folded along a line to form a two-layer web portion and a pair of tubular portions. Each of the tubular portions receives a leg of a U-shaped bolt. Each tubular portion is formed of an inner layer of sheet metal which has substantially a 360° circumferential extent and an outer layer bent around the inner layer and which extends around in excess of a 180° circumferential extent. The outer layer thus serves to hold the saddle in a folded condition without the use of welds.
