An antenna design for radio frequency identification ("RFID") tags. More particularly, the present invention relates to design for RFID tags particularly operating in the ultra high frequency ("UHF") operating band. The antenna comprises : i) a first antenna element (10) , where the first antenna element comprises a first conductor (24) and a second conductor (26) and the first antenna element (20) is selected to provide a desired operating frequency range of the antenna ; and ii) a second antenna element (22) , where the first portion is attached to the first conductor and the second portion is attached to the second conductor, and where the second antenna element (22) is selected to provide a desired impedance value of the antenna.
L'invention concerne une conception d'antenne pour des étiquettes d'identification par radiofréquence (<= RFID >=). Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne la conception d'étiquettes RFID fonctionnant particulièrement dans la bande de fonctionnement à ultra haute fréquence (<= UHF >=). L'antenne comprend : i) un premier élément d'antenne (10), le premier élément d'antenne comprenant un premier conducteur (24) et un second conducteur (26) et le premier élément d'antenne (20) étant sélectionné pour obtenir une bande de fréquences de fonctionnement souhaitée de l'antenne ; et ii) un second élément d'antenne (22), la première partie étant fixée au premier conducteur et la seconde partie étant fixée au second conducteur, le second élément d'antenne (22) étant sélectionné pour obtenir une valeur d'impédance souhaitée de l'antenne.
