An extra super multi-story building having one piece of extra super multi-story of about 200 story construction, two pieces of extra super multi-stories of about 150 story construction and one piece of extra super multi-story of about 100 story construction. Each extra super multi-story includes two through four pieces of tower-like super multi-stories of about 50 story construction and of about 50 m in diameter (floor area: about 200m2/story). A sky lobby is provided about every 50 stories connecting the extra super multi-stories. Four shuttle elevators lead from the ground to the sky lobbies, and a sightseeing tower and high-rise garden (sky dome) are provided at the rooftop of the extra super multi-story building. Main facilities such as offices, hotels and residences are arranged in each extra multi-story. In addition, in order to be able to construct the extra super multi-story building, the individual extra super multi-story buildings are monolithically connected with one another by girders every several ten stories, and a space truss is constructed on the outside of each extra super multi-story building.
Cette invention concerne un super complexe d'immeubles à très grande hauteur comportant un bloc principal d'environ 200 niveaux, deux blocs-annexes d'environ 150 niveaux et un autre bloc-annexe d'environ 100 niveaux. Chaque complexe de très grande hauteur comprend de deux à quatre tours d'environ 50 niveaux et d'environ 50 m de diamètre (superficie d'environ 200 m2/niveau). Un étage-gare est prévu entre les différents blocs, à tous les 50 niveaux environ. Quatre ascenseurs express relient le rez-de-chaussée aux étages-gares et une tour d'observation et un jardin en hauteur sous dôme sont prévus au sommet du complexe objet de l'invention. Chacun des blocs peut abriter des bureaux, des chambres d'hôtel et des appartements. De plus, pour réaliser le complexe objet de l'invention et en faire un tout monolithique, les différents blocs sont raccordés les uns aux autres par des poutres à plusieurs dizaines de niveaux d'intervalle et une structure spatiale est réalisée sur l'extérieur de chacun des blocs du complexe.
