ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention consists of an ultrasonic atomizing vibratory element having a multi-stepped edged portion formed around the outer periphery thereof. The edged portion has at least two steps each defining an edge and being adapted to be supplied with liquid to be atomized. The vibratory element is provided with a liquid supply groove extending generally longitudinally to supply the liquid to the edge portion in a consistent and stable manner.
