An ultrasonic cutter suitable for cutting a fixation dressing used for orthopedic treatment of affected body parts so as to remove the dressing from anorthopedically bandaged body part, wherein in order to ensure structural simplification as well as a safe and easy cutting operation, the ultrasonic cutter includes a cutting blade (4) which is provided with a cutting edge on a side face (4A) only thereof, the leading end portion (4B) of the cutting blade (4) being round in shape and being provided with no cutting edge.
