The invention relates to an ultrasound flow rate measurement method using a measuring tube and at least two ultrasound transducer pairs which are located on the measuring tube and each form a measuring path, whereby the radial components of at least two measuring paths differ from each other relative to the measuring axis and wherein the measured flow rate of a flowing medium is determined from the velocity of the medium along at least two measuring paths. Such a known ultrasound flow rate measurement method is further developed in accordance with the invention in that the turbulence intensity in the medium is determined from the velocity of the medium along the measuring paths, that at least an approximation of the ratio of the angular momentum to the axial momentum of the medium is taken into consideration for the determination of the turbulence intensity, and that the measured flow rate is corrected using the turbulence intensity value so achieved.

L'invention a trait à une méthode de mesure du débit par ultrasons faisant appel à un tube de mesure et à au moins deux groupes de deux transducteurs à ultrasons qui sont situés sur le tube de mesure et chaque groupe forme un circuit de mesure, au moyen de laquelle les composantes radiales d'au moins deux circuits de mesure diffèrent l'une de l'autre par rapport à l'axe de mesure et dans laquelle le débit mesuré d'un fluide qui s'écoule est déterminé à partir de la vitesse du fluide sur au moins deux circuits de mesure. Une telle méthode de mesure du débit par ultrasons est développée encore davantage, selon la présente invention, lorsque l'intensité de la turbulence dans le fluide est établie à partir de la vitesse du fluide sur les circuits de mesure, qu'au moins une approximation du rapport du moment cinétique sur le moment axial du fluide est prise en considération pour la détermination de l'intensité de la turbulence, et que le débit mesuré est corrigé en utilisant la valeur de l'intensité de la turbulence ainsi obtenue.
