With the purpose of providing patches which do not cause photodecomposition of drugs even when exposed to the direct rays of the sun and which exhibit satisfactory drug effects and are excellent in physical properties and stability of pharmaceutical preparations, the invention provides a patch comprising a polyester substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface of the substrate and containing a nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drug (NSAID) wherein the substrate contains a hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole derivative represented by the general formula (1): (1) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or C1-8 alkyl; and X is halogeno.
Afin d'obtenir des patchs ne favorisant pas la décomposition des médicaments, y compris lorsque ceux-ci sont directement exposés aux rayons du soleil, ayant des effets satisfaisants et contenant des préparations pharmaceutiques présentant d'excellentes propriétés physiques et une excellente stabilité, l'invention propose un patch comprenant un substrat de polyester et une couche adhésive autocollante formée sur une surface du substrat, et contenant un médicament anti-inflammatoire non stéroïdien (NSAID). Ledit substrat contient un dérivé d'hydroxyphénylbenzotriazole représenté par la formule générale (1) dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2?sont chacun indépendamment hydrogène ou un alkyle C¿1-8?, et X est halogéno.
