ABSTRACT This invention relates generally to the transference and containment of the personal umbrella. More particularly, when wet the primary purpose is as a receptacle to contain the moisture while in vehicles or establishments, thereby protecting clothing and other persons property. It is also designed for ease of access for immediate reuse in inclement weather. The secondary purpose is that it enables the user to keep track of the umbrella when dry, as it is capable of being hung up with other accouterments (ie: home, restaurants, vehicles, shoulders while in transit, etc).
