Drive device for a screening body of a screening machine in particular for mineral materials for crushing, such as oil sand, with a drive motor, a synchronous transmission which is operatively connected thereto and has at least two output shafts which rotate in pairs at the same rotational speed with respect to one another, wherein the drive motor and the synchronous transmission are mounted in a stationary manner, separately from the screening body, at the side alongside the screening body, and do not also oscillate therewith, and each output shaft has a single associated horizontal shaft which has unbalance elements, is connected to the output shaft by means of a rotationally rigid universally jointed shaft and is arranged with its axis parallel to the adjacent shaft and transversely with respect to the feed direction of the screening body, the unbalance elements are arranged in the horizontal direction between the side walls of the screening body, the shaft is supported by means of bearing elements on a crossmember which is connected to the side walls, the unbalance elements are arranged exclusively directly on the shafts, bearing elements are arranged exclusively on the shafts in the axial direction of the shafts between the unbalance elements, and the bearing elements are supported on a crossmember which is connected to the side walls.
Dispositif d'entraînement pour un élément de tamisage d'un tamis, notamment pour des matières broyées minérales comme du sable pétrolifère, ce dispositif comportant un moteur d'entraînement, une boîte de synchronisation en liaison active avec le moteur et comportant au moins deux arbres de sortie qui tournent ensemble à même régime en opposition de phase. Le moteur d'entraînement et la boîte de synchronisation sont montés stationnaires sur le côté de l'élément de tamisage dont ils sont séparés, ne vibrant pas avec ledit élément de tamisage. A chaque arbre de sortie est associé un seul arbre horizontal qui est équipé d'éléments de balourd, est relié à l'arbre de sortie au moyen d'un arbre de transmission solidaire en rotation et est monté parallèle dans l'axe de l'arbre voisin et transversalement au sens de transport de l'élément de tamisage. Les éléments de balourd sont disposés dans le sens horizontal entre les parois latérales de l'élément de tamisage. L'arbre est soutenu au moyen d'éléments d'appui sur une traverse reliée aux parois latérales. Les éléments de balourd sont montés exclusivement directement sur les arbres. Dans le sens axial des arbres, entre les éléments de balourd, les arbres ne comportent que des éléments d'appui qui portent sur une traverse reliée aux parois latérales.
