An under-load change-speed gear unit with double clutch comprises a motion input shaft which by means of permanently engaged gearwheels operates two first parallel shafts of a first and a second friction clutch, the second shafts of which are the drive shafts of the gear unit, each carrying at least one free-mounted pair of gearwheels with relative frontal clutch coupling for locking one or other gearwheel of each pair to the respective shaft, the gearwheels mounted free on the drive shafts being always in engagement with respective gearwheels fixedly mounted on a single common motion output shaft, means being provided for simultaneously operating said first and second friction clutch in phase opposition.
Cette invention concerne un variateur de vitesse en charge à engrenages et à double embrayage comportant un arbre d'entrée qui, au moyen de roues dentées toujours en prise, fait tourner deux premiers arbres parallèles d'un premier et d'un second embrayage à friction, les deuxièmes arbres desquels constituent les arbres d'entraînement du variateur de vitesse, chacun portant au moins une paire de roues dentées en roue libre dotées d'un mécanisme d'accouplement frontal servant à verrouiller l'une ou l'autre roue dentée de chaque paire à leur arbre respectif, les roues dentées montées en roue libre sur les arbres d'entraînement étant toujours en prise avec des roues dentées correspondantes solidaire d'un seul et même arbre de sortie commun, des moyens étant prévus pour commander simultanément les premier et deuxième embrayages à friction en opposition de phase.
