A substantially anhydrous underarm cream composition suitable for topical application to the human skin, comprising an antiperspirant and/or deodorant agent, a non-volatile masking agent, and a structuring wax having the general formula: R - (SiMe2-O-)x SiMe2R where X = 10-50, Me = CH3 wherein R is an alkyl group and the average terminal alkyl chain length is at least C30.
