The invention relates to an undercarriage for a vehicle, which is of the type with a swan-neck, and comprises at least two longitudinal beams (6) the height of the foremost part of the longitudinal beams being reduced in height, said swan-neck being thus formed by a change in height of the longitudinal beams; at least one transverse beam (7) and at least one wheel axle (11), whereby at least the longitudinal beams (6) are made of a composite material consisting of thermoplastic synthetic material with reinforcing fibres. The height of the foremost part of the longitudinal beams (6) is reduced by means of plastic deformation.
L'invention porte sur le plateau de semi-remorque, de type col de cygne, d'un véhicule, qui comprend au moins deux poutres longitudinales (6), la hauteur de la partie la plus en avant de ces poutres étant réduite. La modification de la hauteur des poutres permet d'obtenir un col de cygne. Ce plateau comprend également au moins une poutre transversale (7) et au moins un essieu (11) de roue. Les poutres longitudinales (6) sont formées dans un matériau composite constitué d'un matériau synthétique thermoplastique formé de fibres de renforcement. La hauteur de la partie la plus en avant des poutres longitudinales (6) est réduite par déformation plastique.
