Le sous-vêtement (1) comprend tout d'abord un corps (2) formant la partie principale du sous-vêtement, le corps étant réalisé en un premier textile et comportant au moins un bord périphérique (3, 4, 5). Le sous-vêtement (1) comprend en outre au moins une bande (6, 7, 8) comportant deux bords longitudinaux (9, 10), qui est plus nerveuse que le corps et qui est assemblée au corps (2) par exemple par une couture, dans une position non superposée où l'un des bords longitudinaux (9) de la bande est adjacent au bord périphérique du corps. On obtient ainsi un sous-vêtement, notamment une culotte, quasiment invisible même sous des vêtements moulants.
