A reusable undergarment for incontinence is disclosed. The garment includes a pair of layers connected to provide a single open ended body. A self-reversing pocket is provided within the garment body to receive a disintegrating type or water soluble type absorbent pad. The self-reversing pocket reverses during laundering of the garment and is easily removed from the garment body to facilitate thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the garment and pocket.
