ABSTRACT A prosthetic garment for persons desiring breast augmentation to replace a breast or breasts missing through surgery or other means, consisting of a single item of clothing which incorporates a prosthetic pad which may be held in one or both of the two shaped enclosures provided to support the breast and/or prosthesis. The garment is secured to the body between the legs with a fastening and by means of shoulder straps ensuring the prosthesis is held in place and does not move. The garment is made of stretch fabrics to provide a close and comfortable fit. The garment may be adapted for use by those requiring one, two or a partial breast augmentation by means of adapted prosthetic pads, enclosed in the shaped housings provided for this purpose.
