An outer pipe (11), which is buried under the ground, is provided, and a heat transfer pipe (12), in which heat exchange fluid flows, is inserted into the outer pipe (11). A heat medium (13) is sealed in the outer pipe (11). At least a part of the heat transfer pipe (12) is formed by a flat body (12e, ...) that is formed by a flat pipe (12e, 14) or a composite pipe (15) in which a plurality of pipes (15a) are arranged in a flat shape. A flat side of the flat body (12e, ...) contacts an inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe (11).
Selon l'invention, un tuyau externe (11), qui est enterré dans le sol, est prévu et un tuyau de transfert de chaleur (12), à l'intérieur duquel s'écoule un fluide qui subit un échange de chaleur, est inséré dans ledit tuyau externe (11). De plus, un vecteur thermique (13) est enfermé dans le tube externe (11). Au moins une partie du tuyau de transfert de chaleur (12) est configurée par un tuyau aplati (12e, 14) ou par un corps aplati (12e, ) composé d'un tuyau d'assemblage (15) pour lequel de multiples tuyaux (15a) sont alignés dans une forme aplatie ; de plus, le côté aplati dudit corps aplati (12e, ) est en contact avec la face périphérique interne du tuyau externe (11).
