A heat-transfer pipe (12) is formed so as to extend from a top portion of an outer pipe (11) and to be bent at a bottom portion of the outer pipe (11) to return to the top portion, and is arranged such that at least a portion thereof contacts an inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe (11). The heat-transfer pipe (12) is configured to allow fluid to be heat-exchanged to flow thereinside in opposite directions in heating operation and cooling operation.

Le tuyau de transfert de chaleur (12) s'étend depuis la partie supérieure du tuyau extérieur (11), est courbé dans la partie inférieure dudit tuyau extérieur (11) et tout en étant formé de façon à revenir vers ladite partie supérieure, est disposé de sorte à ce qu'au moins une partie de ce tuyau soit raccordée à la surface périphérique interne du tuyau extérieur (11) susmentionné. De plus, le tuyau de transfert de chaleur (12) susmentionné est composé de façon à ce que le caloporteur puisse s'écouler dans la direction inverse dans la partie interne en opération de chauffage et en opération de refroidissement.
