A child-resistant blister package for unit dose products, e.g., medicaments, composed of a blister layer and a cover layer. The blister layer formed of a planar material, e.g., thermoformable or cold-formable webstock, and has plural intersecting perforated line to form plural cells contiguous with the perforated lines. Some or all of the cells of the blister layer have a peripheral planar flanged portion and a blister portion projecting from the flanged portion to form a cavity in which the unit dose product is located. The cover layer is formed of a planar material, e.g., aluminium or other metal foil in either a single layer or laminated, and has plural intersecting perforated line to form plural cells contiguous with those perforated lines. Each cell of the cover layer is the same shape and size as a corresponding cell of the blister layer.
L'invention concerne un emballage-coque à sécurité-enfants de produits unitaires, tels que des médicaments, constitué d'une couche alvéolée et d'une couche de couverture. La couche alvéolée est formée d'une matière plane, p. ex. une pâte thermoformable ou formable à froid, et comporte plusieurs lignes perforées croisées pour former plusieurs cellules contiguës aux lignes perforées. Certaines ou toutes les cellules de la couche alvéolée comportent une partie plane périphérique relevée et une partie alvéolée saillant de la partie relevée afin de former une cavité dans laquelle se situe le produit unitaire. La couche de couverture est formée d'une matière plane, p. ex. une feuille d'aluminium ou d'un autre métal soit en couche unique soit stratifiée, et comporte plusieurs lignes perforées croisées pour former plusieurs cellules contiguës aux lignes perforées. Chaque cellule de la couche de couverture a la même forme et la même taille qu'une cellule correspondante de la couche alvéolée.
