The invention includes a delivery system for a composition made of two or more components. In one embodiment, the container (10) includes an outer housing (12) holding a first mass (28) of a first component of the composition, an inner housing (16) holding a second mass (32) of a second component of the composition, and a seal (17). The first component is a liquid and the mass of the second component conforms to a bottom and side wall of the inner housing (16). An interference fit exists between the outer housing (12) and the inner housing such that the inner housing (16) seals the first mass (28) within the outer housing. The inner housing (16) has an aperture (26) in a side wall.
