The unit for processing industrial rubber and plastic waste consists of a gasproof chamber (1), in which upper rollers (2) and lower rollers (3) are located in rows. The processed waste (4) passes between them, between the input and the output of the chamber (1). The lower rollers (3) are fixed in their position and the upper rollers are movable and attached by means of springs (5), which press them on the waste (4). The rollers (2 and 3) counter- rotate and the upper rollers (2) have projections (8) on their surface. The input area (10) with the input lifting closure (12) is placed on one front outer wall of the chamber (1) and the output area (14) with the output lifting closure (16) is placed on the opposite front outer wall of the chamber (1). Each area (10 and 14) is provided with a gas pipe (13) and is separated from the chamber (1) by an inner lifting closure (11). The discharge chute (18) with the lifting closure (20) provided with a gas pipe (13) is located on the outer bottom wall of the chamber (1) and is separated from the chamber (1) by the inner lifting closure (11). In the alternative type the unit consists of at least two joined unit-built chambers (1), the input area (10) with the input lifting closure (12) is located on one front outer wall of the unit. The output area (14) with the output lifting closure (16) is located on the opposite front outer wall of the unit.
L'invention concerne une unité de traitement de déchets industriels en caoutchouc et plastique formée d'une chambre étanche aux gaz (1) dans laquelle des rouleaux supérieurs (2) et des rouleaux inférieurs (3) sont disposés en rangées. Les déchets traités (4) passent entre les rouleaux, entre l'entrée et la sortie de la chambre (1). Les rouleaux inférieurs (3) sont immobiles et les rouleaux supérieurs sont mobiles et fixés au moyen de ressorts (5) qui les plaquent contre les déchets (4). Les rouleaux (2, 3) tournent en sens inverse et les rouleaux supérieurs (2) présentent des saillies (8) sur leur surface. La zone d'entrée (10) dotée d'une fermeture (12) se trouve sur une paroi avant externe de la chambre (1) et la zone de sortie (14) dotée d'une fermeture (16) se trouve sur la paroi avant externe opposée de la chambre (1). Chaque zone (10, 14) est équipée d'un tuyau de gaz (13) et séparée de la chambre (1) par une fermeture interne (11). La goulotte de décharge (18) pourvue d'une fermeture (20) et équipée d'un tuyau de gaz (13) se trouve sur la paroi inférieure externe de la chambre (1) et est séparée de la chambre (1) par la fermeture interne (11). Selon une variante, l'unité est formée d'au moins deux chambres assemblées à l'unité et la zone d'entré (10) dotée d'une fermeture (12) se trouve sur la paroi avant externe de l'unité. La zone de sortie (14) dotée d'une fermeture (16) se trouve sur la paroi externe avant opposée de l'unité.
