A unitary combination lens and window structure includes an outer optical window and an inner optical lens. The outer optical window has a flat main portion and a pair of opposite curved side portions being mirror images of one another. The inner optical lens has a flat central portion and a pair of opposite curved side wing portions being mirror images of one another. The flat central portion of the inner optical lens is integral with and disposed centrally on the flat main portion of the outer optical window. The curved side wing portions of the inner optical lens are spaced inwardly from the curved side portions of the outer optical window. Each curved side wing portion of the inner optical fens includes a plurality of sections. Each section has a straight configuration and is disposed at an obtuse angle in relation to each other section of the curved side wing portion. The sections of the curved side wing portions and the flat central portion together form the curved configuration of the inner optical lens. The inner optical lens has a plurality of living hinges formed between the sections of each curved side wing portion and/or between the curved side wing portions and the flat central portion.
