(57) A unitized check valve assembly comprises a valve body (16) having a bore therethrough, the bore having an inlet and an outlet. A valve disk (13) engages the body (16) at the outlet. A valve retainer (11) engages the body (16) via bayonet connector tabs (52) and surrounds the disk (13) and the outlet. A first biasing wave spring (15) is in compression between the body (16) and the valve retainer (11) and a second biasing coil spring (12) is in compression between the retainer (12) and the valve disk (13). The valve body (16) and the valve disk (13) preferably have a spherical mating surface therebetween.
L'invention concerne un clapet anti-retour unitisé, qui comprend un corps de clapet (16) traversé d'un alésage présentant une entrée et une sortie. Un disque de clapet (13) entre en prise avec le corps (16) au niveau de la sortie. Un organe de retenue du clapet (11) entre en prise avec le corps (16) par des lames de connecteurs à baïonnette (52) et entoure le disque (13) et la sortie. Un premier ressort de polarisation ondulé (15) est comprimé entre le corps (16) et l'organe de retenue du clapet (11), et un deuxième ressort de polarisation ondulé (12) est comprimé entre l'organe de retenue du clapet (11) et le disque de clapet (13). De préférence, le corps de clapet (16) et le disque de clapet (13) comportent entre eux une surface d'adaptation sphérique.
