The invention concerns a universal flexible sheath with bellow for articulated joint and equipment for fixing said sheath. The protective sheath consists of a tubular element (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) with fixing zones at its ends and a central conical bellow (1), whereof the folds comprise sloping flanks forming an angle of 0 to 45 DEG with the sheath axis on the large diameter side and of 60 to 80 DEG on the small diameter side, said sheath being associated with flexible or ductile mounting cones whereof the base diameter is variable. The invention concerns equipment for repair shops and the sheath is designed for protecting lubricated joints for transmitting movement to mobile members, and in particular to transmission elements in motor vehicles.
La présente invention a pour objet une gaine souple universelle à soufflet pour joint articulé ainsi que des outillages de mise en place de cette gaine. La gaine de protection est constituée d'un élément tubulaire (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) avec zones de fixation aux extrémités et soufflet central (1) tronconique, les plis de ce soufflet comportant des flancs inclinés formant un angle de 0 à 45° avec l'axe de la gaine du café du grand diamètre de la gaine et de 60 à 80° du café du petit diamètre, ladite gaine étant associée à des canes de montage souples ou déformables dont le diamètre de la base est variable. Elle concerne le domaine d'équipements pour ateliers de réparation. La gaine est destinée à la protection des joints lubrifiés utilisés pour transmettre un mouvement à des organes mobiles, et en particulier aux organes de transmission dans le domaine des véhicules automobiles.
