The Universal Measuring Tape (UMT) is the tool for measuring of the inside and the outside dimensions. The UMT is particularly useful instrument for measuring of the distances inside between the surfaces. This tool allows to read on the display the final distance without using of any additional facilities or calculations. The UMT is actually the measuring tape provided with special arrangement which indicates the internal measurement by using the same scale of the tape. In addition the UMT facilitated with the arrangement for adjustment of the tension of the spring. This feature is required for to keep the spring in proper condition even when the spring partly loose his springiness.
