An universal semi-automatic foldable box is generally disclosed comprising a box body (1) having a bottom panel (2), and two or more side walls (5), and the corresponding number of soft sheets (9) and spring strips (11). Each spring strip is connected to the bottom panel and at least one side wall. The side walls are connected to the bottom panel such that they can unfold and rise and the sheets form foldable connecting portions for connecting the side walls, and the spring strips serve to unfold the box flat. The spring strip has the property of remaining straight when unfolded but self-~folding when it is slightly bent from its straight condition. The spring strips may be provided as an integral part of the box, or alternatively, may be a separate piece, which then can be attached by the user to the side walls of the box.
Cette invention a trait, d'une manière générale, à une boîte universelle pliante semi-automatique, se composant d'un corps (1) ayant un panneau formant le fond (2) et de deux ou de plusieurs parois latérales (5) ainsi que du nombre correspondant de feuilles molles (9) et de ressorts à lamelle (11). Chacun de ces derniers est rattaché au panneau formant le fond et, au moins, à une paroi latérale. Ces parois latérales sont rattachées au panneau formant le fond de manière à se déplier et remonter et les feuilles forment des raccords pliants reliant les parois latérales tandis que les ressorts à lamelle servent à déplier la boîte lorsqu'elle est plate. Ces ressorts à lamelle ont pour caractéristique de rester droits, une fois dépliés, mais également de se plier automatiquement lorsqu'ils sont légèrement inclinés par rapport à leur position rectiligne. Ces ressorts à lamelle peuvent être partie intégrante de la boîte ou bien en constituer un élément séparé, pouvant être rattachés par l'utilisateur aux parois latérales. Les corps de boîte, qui peuvent avoir des tailles et des formes diverses, notamment carrées, sphériques, rectangulaires, hexagonales, octogonales et analogue, peuvent être faits de n'importe quel matériau. Il est possible d'utiliser la boîte selon l'invention pour différents modes de stockage ainsi que dans n'importe quel type d'environnement.
