During the operation of a computer mouse or keyboard, the wrist of the operator often rubs and bends causing muscle fatigue and damage to tendons and nerves. This invention is designed to help alleviate such problems by providing support around the wrist without sacrificing freedom of movement. The invention consists of a foam ring, with no moving or metal parts, covered in a cotton cloth. The structure fits snugly around the wrist of the user.
