The system also includes a risk determination unit operatively connected to the load unit. The risk determination unit has a comparison module and a rateability module. The comparison module matches an address in the state records to a state policyholder address to find an unreported exposure. The rateability module prioritizes the unreported exposure based on its correspondence to a policyholder record. The system also includes a report unit that is operatively connected to the risk determination unit. The report unit is configured to compile an output record of one or more of the unreported exposures.
