The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 and R2, each independently of the other, are selected from lower alkyl that is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more fluorine atoms which are not linked to the carbon atom of R1 or R2 bonding the nitrogen; from lower alkenyl wherein the double bond does not originate from the carbon atom that is bonded to a nitrogen bonding R1 or R2; from lower alkynyl wherein the triple bond does not originate from the carbon atom that is bonded to a nitrogen bonding R1 or R2; from cycloalkyl; and from cycloalkyl-lower alkyl; with the proviso that not more than one of the two radicals R1 and R2 is methyl; or salts thereof. The mentioned compounds are pharmacologically active against disorders that are responsive to a recuction in intracellular polyamines, such as tumours or protozoal diseases.
L'invention se rapporte à des composés de la formule (I) ou aux sels de ceux-ci, dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2?, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, sont choisis parmi alcoyle inférieur qui est non substitué ou substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes de fluor qui ne sont pas reliés à l'atome de carbone de R¿1? ou R¿2? liant l'azote; parmi alcényle inférieur dans lequel la double liaison ne provient pas de l'atome de carbone lié à un azote liant R¿1? ou R¿2?; parmi alcynyle inférieur dans lequel la triple liaison ne provient pas de l'atome de carbone qui est lié à un azote liant R¿1? ou R¿2?; parmi cycloalcoyle, et parmi cycloalcoyle-alcoyle inférieur, à la condition que pas plus d'un des deux radicaux R¿1? et R¿2? ne soit méthyle. Les composés mentionnés sont actifs pharmacologiquement contre des troubles sensibles à une diminution des polyamines intracellulaires, tels que des tumeurs ou des protozooses.
