ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The stability under storage of unsaturated polyester resin compositions is improved by adding from 20 to 300 ppm, with respect to the unsaturated polyester resin, of one or more stabilizers chosen from halides of alkaline earth metals and halides of metals of Group VIII of the Periodic Table of the Elements.
