An upright display can be securely unfolded and kept under this state even when the display is formed to have a large width. An upright display has a display main body which can be folded into flat and unfolded into a tubular shape. This main body is composed by connecting display sheets each having a display face. Inside the main body, a retaining member is disposed to retain the main body under the state that the main body is unfolded into a tubular shape. The retaining member is formed so that it can be folded into flat and unfolded into a tubular shape, and inside it, an elastic member is disposed so that the retaining member can automatically be unfolded into a tubular shape. Further, the retaining member has a restraint plate which abuts on the inner face of the main body when the main body is unfolded into a tubular body.
